Bedford Veterinary Medicals Center's COVID-19 Action Plan

Bedford Veterinary Medical Center remains open and committed to serving our clients and our community.  The March 27, 2020 “Stay at Home” Executive Order for the state of New Hampshire from Governor Sununu classifies veterinary practices as “essential businesses.”


Effective Wednesday, March 18, Bedford Veterinary Medical Center will not be permitting any clients to enter the facility directly.


To minimize client’s and staff member’s likelihood of exposure, we now offer curbside pick up and drop off for all appointments.

When you arrive at BVMC, please call 603-353-0123 and inform the staff of your name and pet’s name and what you are here for (an appointment vs. medication refill).  Please also let them know the make/color of your car.

  • For Appointments:

    • Please fill out the “Summary of Patient’s Health for Exam” prior to your appointment.

    • staff member will retrieve your pet and bring your pet into the clinic for treatment.

    • At the end of the appointment, a technician will return your pet to you.

    • The technician will contact you on the number provided throughout the exam to discuss and concerns you may have, diagnostics, treatments, estimates, medications, or other information involved in the appointment.  Payment will be collected over the phone.

  • For Medication/Food Refills

    • Medication may be requested ahead of time by calling us at 603-353-0123

    • A technician will call you when your pet’s prescription is ready for pick up and will collect payment over the phone.

    • Please call our office at 603-353-0123 when you arrive to pick-up the medication and a staff member will bring the medication out to you.
