Practice Manager

Harrington is a practice manager that has been working in the veterinary industry for over 3 years. Prior to that he was a manager in the hospitality and healthcare industries.  Harrington has years of client service management experience and project management planning and brought that experience to BVMC when he joined us in 2019.

He has always had a deep love for animals and carries that passion to BVMC. He enjoys seeing all the different pets who come into the hospital everyday and the way veterinary medicine is always advancing. 

Harrington resides in southern NH with his fiance and two kids. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and poker.

Office Manager

Mackenzie has been working in the veterinary field since 2017 and joined BVMC in 2019.  With over ten years of experience as an advocate and volunteer for animal rescue she has become passionate about veterinary medicine and has experience in both emergency services as well as general practice. Mackenzie enjoys all aspects of client service and management- and making sure all of our clients and patients have an excellent experience every time they come in.

 

Mackenzie currently resides in southern NH with her boyfriend, two cats, Logan and Tiny, and her dog, Sam. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Liz 
Veterinary Technician &
Inventory Manager

Liz has been a veterinary technician since 2014, primarily working with cats and dogs along with some smaller pets like guinea pigs, hamsters, and some reptiles.  She has always been an advocate for four legged friends and loves helping them stay healthy and happy.  She has a special interest in client education and is a Fear Free Certified Professional.

 

Liz currently lives in Southern NH with her boyfriend, daughter and Bull Terrier Fergus! When she is not helping pets, she loves to be outdoors, doing anything in nature that she can like fishing, hiking, kayaking and camping.

Veterinary Technician

Jen joined the team in 2018 and brings many years of experience in the veterinary field. She pursued her career and began working as a full time veterinary technician in multiple establishments and completed various rotations and internships in emergency, general practice and surgery. She then decided to further her education and experience and enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Great Bay Community College. She later received her Associates in Science in Veterinary Technology in 2014 with high honors.

 

Jen has a particular passion for surgery, emergency medicine and patient/client care. She is an advocate for all animals well being along with client education. She enjoys staying updated on changes in medicine in this ever growing field! Jen currently resides in New Boston, NH with her three smoosh faced dogs: Hoover, Pancake and Hotah. Her hobbies include scuba diving, skydiving and traveling.

Makenzi, CVT
Veterinary Technician

Makenzi is a Certified Veterinary Technician. After graduating from the UNH veterinary technician program she decided she wanted to work with small animals. She grew up on a large scale horse farm, but wanted to stray from her normal routine and couldn't be happier working with dogs, cats and pocket pets. She has a special interest in surgery, anesthesia and post operative care. 

 

Makenzi currently lives in Southern NH with her Jack Russel Terrier, Razzy. In her spare time she enjoys exploring new places to hike with her pup and spending time with family.

Client Service

Kelly joined the BVMC team in 2019 after working as an LNA for over 10 years. She has years of client service experience and shows her passion for client care by enhancing the client experience for every client and pet that comes into the hospital! 

She was a "sports mom" for her 3 sons for many years and was the head of committees and fundraising. Now that they are grown, she enjoys her new adventure in the veterinary field!  She currently resides in Southern NH and loves the outdoors- she spends her free time kayaking and hiking.

Client Service

Nadia is an experienced  that is new to the veterinary industry. She is currently a student at Merrimack College majoring in Biochemistry and Bioethics. She has a love for animals which brought her to our practice.

 

Nadia currently resides in southern NH with her dog, Jeffery. In her spare time she enjoys reading and walking with Jeff.

Technician Assistant

Brittany joined BVMC in 2019 as an Animal Care Coordinator after having been a volunteer at our other location, LRVC, for some time. She has since been working with us as a technician assistant and absolutely loves it.

 

She is currently going to school for veterinary technology and hopes to one day be a certified veterinary technician and continue her path caring for our furry friends and family!

Brittany currently lives in southern NH with her family and her tuxedo cat, Melvin. When she isn't spending time with her cat, she likes to go on road trips, play board games, and build computers.

Rylee joined BVMC in 2019 as a technician assistant. She is currently in high school and working on getting her wildlife rehabilitation certificate. She is excited to learn all about veterinary medicine so she can further her education on a veterinary track once she graduates.

In her spare time, Rylee enjoys doing everything with her dog, Elsie, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Andrea Golen
Certified Groomer

Andrea has been a Certified Professional Pet Groomer since 2012.
Her experience ranges from working in big corporate salons to small salons to boarding and training facilities.  Her love of animals has been life-long. Andrea grew up with dogs her whole life and has always had a passion for caring for and working with animals. She currently has a rescue dog names Miles Davis, a cat named Purrsey and a rabbit named Hank.


She strives to make the grooming experience as stress-free as possible.  She believes it is a must to have a great deal of patience and trust, as well as the ability to read dogs' body language. Clients have told her that she has a special knack for working with dogs that other groomers turn away.

 

Andrea is married with two step kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and animals, hiking, camping, kayaking, surfing, biking, skiing, going to see live music, gardening, reading, and cooking.
